5:15 Chernobyl welcomed all PAX members and FNGs to the beautiful gloom. He listed off the 5 core principles, mission statement and credo. He mentioned that he is not a professional and that all exercises are a suggestion and to modify if needed. We then moseyed to the northern most portion of the parking lot with our coupons for Warm-O-Rama.

We jumped into the thang which was meant to make grown men cry. The entire Beatdown was set up as a pyramid scheme growing by 25 reps each phase then falling back down where we started.
Round 1 – 100 yd bear crawl, 25 knee up squerkins, 100 yd bear crawl back (jump from knees, then continue into a squat followed by a Merkin)
Round 2 – Bernie Sanders up hill, 50 “Letter X’s”, Bernie down hill, repeat again for 2 cycles
Round 3 – Run clockwise around school, 100
Ovhd Press w Coupon, run counterclockwise around school
Round 4 – 15 yd wall conveyor, 100 Maverick Merkins on Rail, 15 yd wall conveyor

Pick up of the 6 when you finish or until Omaha is called. A few of us were only able to make it through the 2nd round 3 before Omaha.

We moseyed back to the Shovel Flags with our coupons for some Mary but realized we were already majorly behind on time so we went straight into Name-O-Rama & announcements and finished my COT.
Psalm 23:6 “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow you all the days of my life”
Many of us hear this blessing at various ceremonies and church services but when you really dive into the root meaning from the Hebrew language, a more accurate depiction is to “passionately pursue” me all the days of my life. God is always by our side relentlessly pursuing us through his goodness and mercy. Sometimes they are through miracles but many times he works through you and me.
So today, this week, this year, open your eyes and look for ways God is speaking to you to be the Goodness & Mercy in someone’s life and know God is working his miracles through you.
