5:15 AM:
Black Tuesday welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the F3 Mission: Plant, Grow and Serve small workout groups of men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Black Tuesday then recited the 5 core principles of F3. 1) Free of charge 2) Open to all men. 3) Held outdoors, 4) Peer led in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT).
Black Tuesday then informed the group that he is not a professional and to modify as necessary. He recited the creedo – “Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him.”
Warm-O-Rama
The PAX performed a Coupon Carry chain run around the school with a stop for Warm-O-Rama included on the south end of the school. The exercises consisted of the following:
- Sun Gods forwards and back
- Cherry pickers
- Moroccan night clubs
- Michael Phelps
- Big Ones
- Tappy Taps
The PAX then coupon chain ran back to the flags for the THANG.
Thang:
Upon arrival at the flags, BT instructed the PAX to pair up for the THANG that consisted of a 2 man grinder in the parking lot. As part of the grinder, one PAX completed exercises at the bottom of the parking lot while the other ran part way up the parking lot hill, approximately 100 yards. The grinder exercises consisted of the following:
- Blockees x 50
- Curls x 100
- Thrusters x 100
- Coupon Swings x 100
- Goblet squats x 100
- Bench x 100
- Rinse and repeat from the top!
Black Tuesday called Omaha at approximately 0545AM, at which all groups were just starting a second round of blockees.
The PAX then moseyed to the flag and completed Mary.

- Runners stretch+Pigeon Pose each leg
- Touch the toes
- Long slow breath and rise up to the top
- Sarpy Slammers with coupons, 7 to be exact
Name-o-rama occurred at the completion of Mary.
