Q Kicked off the festivities promptly at 5:30 where we stated the mission statement, five core principles,
and had Fine Print read the exceptionally expanded non-redacted disclaimer. One FNG.
At that point, we moseyed across the bridge to football field to the north for Warm-a-rama.
Warm-a-rama
Side Straddle Hops – 15 IC
Oh Yeah – 15 Ups
Thigh Thrusts – 15 Up
Groin Stretches – 10 – 3 second pulses
Tappy Taps – 10 IC
Once done with Warm-a-rama we moved further west for the pre-thang
Pre-Thang –
The group circled up and counted off into 4’s and then grouped together into their individual numbers at
the goal line.
At the goal line there was a list of exercises that the group completed together while one member ran to
the 50 yard line – did 5 burpees and then ran back. This was rinse and repeated until everyone had
completed the run. Exercises were cumulative and listed below:
50 Monkey Humpers
50 Merkins
50 Rosalitas
50 Bobby Hurleys
50 Dry Docks
50 LBC’s
Once done with the Pre-Thang – we moseyed further west to the pavilion west at the far end of the park.
Two stations were setup…one at the bottom of the hill and another at the top of the hill. The groups
stayed their number but split up so that half the group stayed at the bottom of the hill and completed
exercises while the other two ran to the top of the hill along the path, completed 10 burpees and ran back
down. When back, the group at the bottom ran to the top, completed 10 burpees and then back down the
hill. All reps were cumulative and we went until Omaha was called. Exercises
100 Bonnie Blairs
100 Big Boys
100 Jump Squats
100 Rosalitas
100 Jump Tucks
100 Reverse LBC’s

At 607 Omaha was called and we moseyed to the flags for 6 MOM
MoM
Q’s personal favorite 6 inches was called which was followed up by American Hammer’s Rancid Style
and we were done.

Welcome FNG Primetime!

Q talked about the how the past 18 months have been a bit of a slog at work but this past week, it was
required that I work about 60 hours to get done what needed to be done…and I did it. For a long time I
worried about how I had lost that extra gear, that extra bit of motivation to buckle down and do what
needs to be done when the time calls for it. And while I certainly don’t want to consistently work that
many hours a week, it felt good knowing that I hadn’t lost it. The extra gear was still there and still
working, I just needed to find that piece that gave me the energy to shift into it.

Ketchup took us out in prayer and we departed.
