16 PAX:  Stitches, Demogorgan, Slow Pitch, Julep, Break Room, Falafel, Flying V, Rocket, Farva, Khakis, Doll Face, Rooster, Tater Tot, Udder, Tight Lip, Black Tuesday

QIC:  Black Tuesday

5:00 AM: Pre-runners were abundant – including but possibly not limited to: Slow Pitch, Tater Tot, Stitches, Farva (sorry for those I missed!)

5:30 AM:

Black Tuesday welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the F3 Mission: Plant, Grow and Serve small workout groups of men for the invigoration of male community leadership.   

Black Tuesday then recited the 5 core principles of F3.  1) Free of charge 2) Open to all men.  3) Held outdoors, 4) Peer led in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT). 

Black Tuesday then informed the group that he is not a professional and to modify as necessary.  He recited the creedo – “Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him.”

Warm-O-Rama

The PAX moseyed down to Dodge street for a lil bit of Warm-O-Rama that consisted of Sun gods, cherry Pickers, tappy taps, Big Ones, Runner’s stretch, and Pigeon Pose.  

Thang

The PAX then moseyed back up to the circle road for the Thang.  

BT then briefed the PAX on the THANG.  It consisted of the PAX splitting into 3 groups and dispersing to 3 stations.  Each station had a single die to roll to determine details of that station.  After the completion of the station, the PAX would Mosey to the next station (counter clockwise).  Details of the stations is as follows:

One PAX from the group rolled the die to determine their multiplier (M) for exercises (x5) at each station.  The caveat being – when a 1 was rolled – the group had 10 burpees before doing their exercises.  The stations consisted of the following:

  1. Leg station
    1. Air squats – M x 5
    2. Johnny Dramas IC – M x 5
    3. Monkey Humpers IC – M x 5
  2. Arm/Coupon station
    1. Curls – M x 5
    2. Overhead Press – M x 5
    3. Hand Release Merkins – M x 5
  3. Core station
    1. LBC IC – M x 5
    2. Big Boy – M x 5
    3. Flutter Kicks IC – M x 5

Omaha was called at 603 and the PAX returned to the flags – probably could have held off till 605 though!
