Thang: “Bear with me”
PAX partnered up with someone around their size and with someone they don’t know very well for the exercise. You moved and did everything with your partner.
Bear crawl to the PVC pipes, 10 man makers, and buddy carry back (10 to 1)
Once we finished Bear with me, PAX circled up and went to an elbow plank where we all said the F3 name of the person to our left. If anyone failed to get it correct, we would extend out and then do 10 merkins. No merkins were done during this exercise.

In unison PAX does 2-count side straddle hop and counts reps 1-5 out loud. Reps 6-21 are all mental and everyone must stop together at 21. If anyone stops early or goes overy Q has PAX perform penalty workout of Q’s choice.
