The Power of the EH. It all started just three months ago. In that short time, 90 men have posted at an F3 workout in Omaha. Mostly 90 men who didn’t know each other and if they did know each other they have found new appreciation for the relationships they have with their fellow brothers of the gloom.
In Omaha, our weather fluctuates to the extreme ends of the spectrum. Brutally cold winters and hot/humid summers. Each day, we test not only our fitness but the ability to withstand the elements. Winter is coming and it won’t be easy. We must continue to recruit because surviving the January fartsack requires the certainty that guys are waiting for us in the gloom. Today, we have 90 high impact men. By October, let’s expand that number to 150. Aye?
