This is F3 – Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. F3 is an international network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Core principles:

  1. Are free of charge
  2. Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
  3. Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
  4. End with a Circle of Trust
  5. Are open to all men

PAX got in groups of three – one PAX bear crawled 100 yrds, ran back and then switched, other two PAX worked through the exercises below

    • Why do you crave what you hate? why do you prefer pessimistic thoughts/ Why are you feeding yourself those things?
    • When we talk about our phones and apps most of what we’re looking at is called a “feed” but have you noticed it doesn’t really fill you? How many times have you gotten off Instagram or Facebook and said, “God, I just feel so fresh. I feel so ready for what’s next. You know what, my faith in humanity is restored just seeing all those comments.”
    • It’s like it was in Egypt – they gave them bricks with no straw. That’s what our devices and social media apps are designed to do. They starve us and keep us coming back. Our appetite for the wrong thing is insatiable
    • Some of the stuff you crave isn’t bad,it’s just where are you gonna go to get it. So let me ask you a question: why would you run to Pharaoh to beg for something that your Father can freely give you?
    • For me, recently it’s been LinkedIn. I recently heard someone refer to it as job-porn. You know, LinkedIn is always telling me what jobs I’m qualified for and would be a top candidate for. It tells me I’m worthy of a job with a fancy title. But that just creates a feeling of discontent with my current job…and is there really anything wrong with my current job? Nope. Everywhere I go there I am and a new job won’t solve any of the issues I’m facing. I removed LinkedIn app from my phone, and magically my days are brighter and my frustration with my current job has decreased. AMAZING!
