The Thang:  One station with the coupons you do the exercise and reps then murder bunny 20yds and rifle carry back and run to adjacent station roughly 35yds away by the dugouts.

RD1: 15x Thrusters then 25x T-Merkins

RD2: 15x Blockees then 25x Jump squats

RD3: 30x Curls then 15x SSH IC

RD4: 15x We’re not worthy then 15x burpees

RD5: 20x Shoulder press then 20x Big boys

RD6: 25x Squats then 15x Bonnie Blairs

We all got through 6 rounds and some got to 7 or 8.  Great work by everyone today really pushing hard

CoT:  Talked about why I love tough workouts and the you vs you mentality.  I don’t care so much for the results, it’s more about falling in love with the work being done.  Shared a quote that I really liked “ Goals determine your direction, systems determine your progress. “  Also reminded the PAX that with the holidays, we as leaders of our community need to share our time or money with the community as best we can.
