Head to Williams Street for the pre-thang. 20 merkins at the bottom. Run to the top. 20 squats, run back to the bottom. Rinse and repeat 2 times (that hill is a sneaky bitch).

 

Mosie to the stadium, while finding a partner. Directions were give to broad jump 3 times, then 1 burpee across the field. Once across, run 400 meters and then squat across the field, then run 400 meters. Rinse and repeat 4 times for a mile. 

 

Post thang- met on the goal line. Ran to the 20, 40, 40 and 20 yard lines doing ½ the yardage # of squats and merkins.
