5:30 AM – The most noticeable detail this morning was that there was no howling wind rolling up the Memorial Park slope making the welcoming mumble chatter a bone-chilling experience.  But mumble chatter stopped so that I could and cite the F3 Mission statement, 5 Core Principles, “Modify as Necessary” disclaimer, and we moseyed out by 5:32 am to get moving and warmed-up. We didn’t have any FNGs.

Warmarama – We headed down the sled hill to do some warmarama exercises

  • 10 IC Imperial Walkers
  • 10 Hi-Yas (squat Kicks)
  • 10 IC Goofballs
  • 15 IC Moroccan Night Club

We lined up at the bottom of the hill where we Bernie Sanders 10 paces and performed 3 Turkish Get-ups.  We did five full sets of this.

At the top we moseyed to the Central American flag and did 3 sets of 25 dips.

We moseyed straight out to Underwood Ave to perform a few exercises.  The exercises were performed in cadence, up to 25.  We did Hillbilles, Mountain Man Poopers, Monkey Humpers and Mountain Climbers.

We moseyed back to the Central American Flag and did 25-25-25 Calf Raises.

We then moseyed down to Dodge Street for another exercise session.  The exercise session at Dodge street was just Merkins and Plank Jacks.  But we did these exercises in sets of 4, the 8, 12 and 16 for the fourth set.  After the exercise session we took a sample of The World’s longest Grinder stretch and ran up the hill back to the shovel flag.

Since this is Futurama No Traditional Mary was performed, but we did do a session of 25-25-25 Calf session and capped the beatdown with 10 IC SSH.

Prayers – Healing for injuries

COT – I discussed the historical significance of December 8 and September 12 and how our country and community united together to rebuild the damage from being attacked.  Those times in our history should be lived out today in that we all need to remember how we united to repair the damage done to our society.
