Announcements: CSAUP towards the end of January, The Site Q of Beverly Hills, Rancid, was thanked for his outstanding leadership and what he has done with that AO.

COT: “Never underestimate the power of incremental improvement.” We are all trying to improve ourselves and at times that can be daunting as we as individuals identify multiple areas that need work. To deal with the overwhelming nature of that endeavor, the message was can I just push myself to become just slightly better today? I don’t need to accomplish all of my goals right now, but maybe I can just improve marginally. And then worry about improving just a little bit more tomorrow. These gains then start to compound; and maybe someday I can become the person that I want to be, or at least a person that I can live with and be proud of.
