Folsom also noted that there is a difference between a necessary modification and a wanted modification. As the Sky Q would have it, Folsom was already on the Q for the Brickyard on this wonderful day. The PAX completed 7 reps of the following 7 exercises and then moseyed around the track, rinse and repeat for a total of 7 times.
