F3 Omaha November 12, 2022- 0700 The Oracle AO, Skipper Q
11/12/2022: Boys Town. Approx. 19 degrees, wind medium, cloudy, light snow.
PAX: 6 total- Hei Hei, Vandelay, SGT Pencil, Cutting Edge, Laser Jet and Skipper. No FNGs.
Q: Skipper. Skipper presented the mission and disclaimers. Began with Pledge of Allegiance in honor of Veteran’s Day.
Warm-A-Rama: the PAX immediately moseyed to the parking lot at intersection of Walsh Dr. and Doyle Dr. on Boys Town and performed 20 SSHs, 15 Big Ones, 15 Imperial Walkers, 15 Chinooks, 15 Sun Gods, and 15 Windmills.
Pre Thing:
The PAX then moseyed to the hill near the Boys Town Lake dam. In honor of Veteran’s Day, this was Bunker Hill for today. 5 X the PAX ran to the top and performed 10 Merkins while watching for British, then 10 Situps at the bottom.
The Thing:
The PAX then moseyed to the Boys’ Town track for the Thing.
Because of the small group, the PAX stayed as one group rather than breaking into separate groups. There were 4 exercise stations at different corners of the track. Each station represented one or more branches of the military. We had 1. Army; 2. Navy and Coast Guard; 3. Marines; and 4. Air Force and Space Force. The PAX moved around the track as a group, going to each station.
Exercises were as follows- numbers were 11 and 22 in recognition of Veteran’s Day being 11/11
