YHC pulled into the AO at 0515 dropped off some newly purchased cones on the practice football field.  Rolling up to the prerun he saw some usual faces and then Birdman appeared out of thin air… the pax celebrated his reappearance to the prerun.  As the prerunners returned, several PAX were chatting by the flags.  YHC welcomed the PAX at 0600, recited the 3F’s, mission statement, five core principles, credo and disclaimer.

YHC explained the format, which was a retread from the Gruden Grinder beatdown from his VQ.  The field was set with 5 cones 10 years apart.  The PAX would sprint to the first cone at 10 yards and perform 10 reps of the exercise then return to the goal line.  They would repeat this process through the 50 yard line and then work their way back down.

YHC led the PAX on a quick run to a parking lot for a quick warm up.  YHC couldn’t help but notice all the mumblechatter and how distracting it was.  This was karma for all the chatter he brings to the table.  The group moseyed over to the practice filed and lined up for some quick instruction on the goal line.   The group got to work and when we got to the 40 yard line and were instructed to do 40 Carolina Dry Docks, the group grumbled and YHC knew that was a good sign.  After finishing up the yard line portion, Chucky recited a famous Boys Town saying “He ain’t heavy father, he’s my brother.  He then proceeded to instruct the group to do partner carries to the 50 yard line and back, 3 times.  The group circled up and worked on their core before heading back to the flags for some mary and namo.
