5 Core Principals:  1. Open to all men 2. Free of Charge 3. Always held outdoors 4. Lead in a rotating fashion 5. End in Circle of Trust

Credo:  Leave no man behind but leave no man where you found him.

Not a professional, so modify as necessary.

There was 1 FNG (Shane) in attendance.

Warm-a-rama

The PAX got straight to it and warm-a-rama was completed on the mosey. From the flags, the PAX headed to Drexel St, which is a behemoth of a hill.  In an attempt to keep the group relatively close together, halfway up the hill Side Straddle Hop (x10 IC) and Tappy Taps (x10 IC) were completed.  At the bottom of the hill Big Ones (x10 IC) and Sun Gods (x10 IC both directions) were done.

The Thang

The PAX had now made it to a section of Mission Forge that has never been explored before: Mission Park West.  The PAX paired up into groups where a 2 man grinder would be completed.  While the first HIM ran the trail to the light near the picnic shelter, the other individual completed the below exercises AMRAP starting with the first one on the list.  Once back, they switched off and that same exercise was completed by the person who had just finished running.  For the next round, the next exercise was done, and so on.

Merkins

Air Squats

Big Boys

Alternating Shoulder Taps

Imperial Walkers

Heels to Heaven

Carolina Dry Docks

Monkey Humpers

Flutter Kicks

Bobby Hurley’s

Rinse & Repeat

6:00 – Omaha was called and the PAX moseyed back to the flags, where American Hammers (Rancid style) were completed.  Name-a-rama followed.

Announcements: Veteran’s Day beatdowns at a number of AO’s on Friday. Winter clothing drive is currently taking place.

Prayer Requests: Continued prayers for Pit Stop and his wife, Lindsay.  For Schrute’s Aunt Stephanie, who recently passed away.

COT: Today I wanted to speak on taking opportunities as they come up, as we don’t know if a similar opportunity will present itself again in the future.  As each of us grow older, and with the unknowns of life, take the opportunities as they come up, don’t let them just pass you by, and live your life to the fullest extent.

Took the PAX out in a Ball of Man.

AYE!
