Push group ran down from station 1 to station 3. Station 3 pushed uphill to 2, and so on. Omaha was called at 6:05.

Post Thang: YHC heard that there is no 6Mom at Future, so sets of 25 dips were substituted. 4-5 sets were completed.

COT: one of my favorite COTs and one that has struck a chord many times came from Splinter a couple years ago. Paraphrasing, he said that we have all the tools we need to raise good kids. I had a tough week being the one responsible for morning school runs, and coupled with kids settling into the first months of school, I needed that reminder today and hope sharing helps.
