Partner Up: One Partner Starts with the first exercise below while the other partner runs the stairs and down the ramp at the baseball stadium entrance. When they get back to relieve his partner they switch roles and then continue down the list.

COT: East Side Pride

Next week Mad Dog and myself are relocating to Gretna and will join the Sarpy group and guys out West. For me, it’s bitter sweet…….I mean I’m still going to get a sweating in with those guys but its not going to be the same. 

When I started in November last year, I was fresh off a divorce, my mind was a mess, but I was welcomed with open arms from the East Side Pride.  I can’t thank you guys enough for saving my mental health and for pushing me day in and day out. 

You guys are truly a one of a kind group and I look forward to making the trip weekly to see everyone
