“Back the Blue”
Schrute welcomed the Pax to F3 – F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Schrute shared the mission of F3 to Plant, Grow & Serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Schrute then covered the 5 core principles of F3. 1) Open to ALL men. 2. Always Free. 3) Always held outdoors, 4) Led in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT).
Schrute covered the motto and asked if there were any FNG’s. No FNG’s
Schrute informs the group he is not a professional
Schrute thanks Baby Shark for the opportunity to lead the workout and shares with the PAX the planned route.
The PAX depart and Schrute has a playlist built with songs about police. Schrute clicks the randomize button and the music starts. Of course, the first song is by N.W.A. and you can guess the title…
The PAX run West on Lincoln, turning right on 84th Street, then East on 1st Street.
Once the guys up front get to the Police Department they pick up the 6 and PAX are instructed to stop in front of the Police Department for a quick exercise. Schrute then calls for 20 Monkey Humpers IC.
The PAX then resume running and head North on American Parkway, running up a gradual hill. We then turn South on 72nd Street, then back onto 1st Street heading West back to the Police Department.
Once we arrive at the Police Department the front runners again pick up the 6. The PAX stop in front and Schrute instructs the group to perform 10 World War Ones.
We then resume running West on 1st Street and follow the same path back to the shovel flags.
The PAX logged 4 miles and Schrute instructs we have some time for MARY!

Prayer Requests – Prayers for Rancid & Family
Schrute shares: This workout might have seemed like it was hating on Police, but it was in fact just the opposite. My M works at that Police Department, and I have a lot of respect for those who protect us. We have a lot of PAX in F3 who work in Law Enforcement, including Farva, thanks for everything you do to keep us safe and support us!
I want to share a quote from Proverbs 28:1
“The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion”
That bible verse embodies what police officers are called on to do and the duties they perform. Please thank an officer for their service and protection.
Prayer – Schrute took us out in prayer!
