Borat welcomed the Pax promptly at 0530 to F3 – reminding them F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. 

Next, the 5 core principles were covered: Free of charge, Open to all men, Held outdoors, Peer led and Ends with a COT.

Borat recited the F3 mission statement which is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for reinvigoration of male community leadership.

A disclaimer was provided: He is not a professional. The exercises today are merely suggestions so modify as necessary. Know your limits and do the best you can.

Borat provided an overview of today’s beatdown.

No FNG’s were present.

Warm-A-Rama: None, we ran

The Thang: Pax ran west out of Halleck Park to Washington St, turning north toward the Papillion high school. Pax circled parking lot and headed back to the shovel flags. 4.5 miles were completed. 

Mary: Borat lead the PAX in 50 IC American hammers.

Prayer Requests: Pax had silent prayers today

COT: Borat shared a short paragraph describing “Mindset”: The driving force in the quest for success and achievement. A mindset that combines discipline, strength, confidence, and ambition is a powerful mindset. This can achieve anything it sets its sights on. A powerful mind can achieve anything.  

Prayer: Firewalker took us out in Prayer.
