Borat welcomed the Pax promptly at 0530 to F3 – reminding them F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith.

Next, the 5 core principles were covered: Free of charge, Open to all men, Held outdoors, Peer led and Ends with a COT.

Borat then recited the credo: We leave no man behind but leave no man where we found them.

A disclaimer was provided: He is not a professional. The exercises today are merely suggestions so modify as necessary.

Borat provided an overview of today’s beatdown.

No FNG’s were present.

Warm-A-Rama: None, we ran

The Thang: The Pax ran out Lincoln Rd to the west 18 minutes and 30 seconds completing 2.5 miles. At that point, PAX turned and ran back to the shovel flags completing another 2.5 miles.

Name-A-Rama completed

Announcements/Prayer Requests: Prayers Bellinger family. Charity poker event Saturday. Brick builder coming next month. Convergence in a couple weeks.

COT: Borat shared some thoughts that he has compiled over the last few days from a handful of podcasts he had listened to: We live in a society that comments and accepts mediocrity. We tell ourselves and other that it is okay being coming common. You can’t get better, achieve it push yourself with that that mentality. Being comfortable is a mindset that creates bad habits and complacency not conducive for achievements. I challenge you to make yourself uncomfortable, push your limits and don’t let your mind tell you that you can’t do it. Don’t compare yourself to others, compares yourself to you. There is only do and do not… there is no trying. You will fail but learn from those failures in order to do.  JFP.

Prayer: FireWalker took us out in Prayer.

Very Nice!

Borat
