Warm-a-Rama: Took a leisurely mosey around the back side of the Westside Career Center and then back onto the track for one lap. Met up in the North End Zone of the field where we did Tappy Taps, Big Ones, Imperial Walkers. Next we did a gradual jog/run/then sprint 100 yards to the opposite end zone and then back. Next we lined up on the goal line—3 Burpees..Bear Crawl 10 Yards…3 Burpees…Bear Crawl Back….3 Burpees. Lastly, we did 20 ‘Mericans the hard way. Slow reps with several involving holds at the bottom.

The Thang: Lights illuminated 25, 50, 25 Yard Line, Goal Line.
Set One: ‘Mericans. Start by doing 5 Reps..Running to 25 Yard Line (back) 50 (back) 25 (back) and opposite goal line (back). Each stop was 5 Reps of the exercise.
Set Two: Big Boy Sit-Ups
Set Three: Tugboat “DEEP” Squats

Thang 2 😊 Walk to Track and Hill on the East Side. Partner Up. Partner 1 does Chill Cut Plank while Partner 2 Bernie Sanders up and down hill. Switch Roles until “OMAHA” signifies the end of Thang 2.
