The Pax moseyed over to the statue/clock thing for the pre-thang. The pre-thang consisted of 15 chicken peckers on the statue/clock thing, then use the small circle sidewalk to jog over to the benches for 15 dips and 15 step-ups. This was a on your own, rinse and repeat pre-thang. The Pax did this until 5:45.
After completing the pre-thang the PAX moseyed over to the northeast corner of Stinson park and awaited instructions for the Thang. The Thang was a string of pearls through the streets and sidewalks of Aksarben. We stopped 4 times along our 1.3ish mile mosey and completed the following exercises each time:
- Carolina dry docks 20
- Bobby Hurleys 20
- LBC’s IC 20
The Pax finished the string of pearls mosey at the shovel flags right on time for some quick Mary. Mary consisted of 15 flutter kicks and Rancid style hammers one time around.

David Horsager with Trustedge speaks to small and large companies about why leadership styles/companies don’t have success or fail. It’s not easy to do the simple workday in and day out. We all have know that sometimes simple isn’t always easy. When you are trying to lead anything you have to created a reputation as a leader and the easiest way to do that is sameness and consistency. Consistency is the easiest trait to have. I’ve never been the smartest, best public speaker, or most athletic guy in the room, but I must try to focus on at least being consistent. So, to build this into every day life I am going to work on having a consistent attitude, routine, diet, exercise plan, learning schedule, flexible ideas, and channeling negative emotions.
