I share with PAX about my 2.0 successful swimming season. My daughter is Lilly, she is a loving person that excepts everyone. She is a 13 young kid that is maturing into a beautiful young lady. At the begging of the swim season, she set a goal to qualify for the Midwestern Championship Swim meet at the end of the season in an individual event. Her best event is the 100 butterfly. Last summer her time was 1:32 secs. Throughout the season she worked and dropped her time in just about every time out. This past weekend was her last chance to make the cut time of 1:06.75. She swam in the prelims at a 1:11.14, qualified 2nd fastest time. She had another shot in the evening at the finals, she swam a 1:09.74 and got third place. She did not make her goal but throughout the season she dropped over 20 secs. I was proud of her accomplishment and her coaches are too! I life we have the opportunity to help others. In our family, we have a motto to “Stay Humble & Hungry”
