After Namearama, Brad – FNG stood amongst the PAX to receive his F3 Nickname. He talked about his family and his roofing business. Then, he mentioned he played baseball as a left handed pitcher. Immediately, the baseball nicknames started flying. A few were already taken (i.e., Southpaw). Someone threw out Big Unit; QIC could not think of anything else so he called it; Brad was welcomed to F3 as “Big Unit”.

Annoucements / Prayer Requests

Continued prayers for ICB’s daughter, Paisley, and Al Borland’s son, Callum.

New prayers for a few PAX that lost immediate family members.

Continue to check slack, lots of 2nd and 3rd F on-going and new opportunities.

COT – QIC mentioned that the workout this morning was inspired partly by the F3TheFort Mental Battle workout for 2022 (March is Mental Health Awareness Month), which placed emphasis on upper body and legs. The reason we support each other not just during workouts, but also in the community is because we are all in this together. It is why we support the 2.0’s as well as the PAX who lost family members. It is important and ok to reach out when you need help in any way because things can happen to anyone at any time.

QIC closed out in prayer.
