Q: Skipper.  Skipper presented the mission and disclaimers.

Warm-A-Rama:  the PAX immediately moseyed to the parking lot at intersection of Walsh Dr. and Doyle Dr. on Boys Town and performed 20 SSHs, 15 cherry pickers, 15 Big Ones, 15 Imperial Walkers, 15 Merkins, 15 Overhead Arm Claps, and 15 LBCs.

Pre Thing:

The PAX then proceeded to the nearby picnic tables for a short Pre Thing.  Each PAX chose one elevated exercise, which was then called out in cadence by that PAX and performed by everyone else.  While I did not get a complete list of the exercises, these included dips, elevated Merkins, and step ups.

The Thing:

The PAX then moseyed to the hill adjacent to the dam at the lake and began The Thing next to the hill.

The PAX were divided into partner groups of 2.  The PAX were instructed that they would run around the lake, making several stops along the way.  At each stop, there would be several exercises designated for each group of 2 to perform.  It would be up to the partners to decide how to divide the exercises.  Upon completing the exercises, each group was to then plank or Al Gore or help another group finish its exercises.

First stop:  Hill.  Each group was to run up the hill and back down 5x total, perform 50 Merkins, and perform 50 Big Boy Situps.  As indicated, these totals were to be divided between the partners.

Second stop:  Parking lot at Boys Town headquarters.  Each group was to perform 15 curb dips, 10 bear crawls across the parking lot and back, and 50 Freddy Mercuries.

Third station: Peninsula near the North end of the lake.  50 Seal claps, 50 flutter kicks, and 50 air squats.

Fourth station: East side of the lake.  50 alternating shoulder taps, 50 Apollo Ohnos, 50 LBCs.

The PAX then continued their run south on the East side of the lake to the dam and then ran back to the Shovel Flags.

The PAX conducted 12 American hammers “Rancid style”.

No FNGs today.  Name A Rama was completed as normal.
