Q arrived early to surgery the scene. He joined Oompa on a pre run around the track.
At 5:15 am, Q welcomed the PAX The Combine and thanked them for coming out today. The 5 core principles, mission statement and disclaimer were recited. No one is doing the burpee challenge!
Mosey then commenced to the SW corner of the parking lot.
Warm – A – Rama:
SSH – all 15 reps IC
Down dog 10 sec count x 3
Step ups onto the benches – 20 reps each leg
Pre – Thang:
Mosey commenced to the main hill entering the parking lot. There we proceeded to run the hill. 10x. Each time at the top we performed 15 SSH led by different PAX members.
The PAS split into 3 groups around the track.
Station 1 = Merkins (initial push group)
Station 2 = Air Squats
Station 3 = Apollo Ohos – all AMRAP
Omaha was called at 5:51 am
The PAX regrouped at the flags.
Mary consisted of each PAX member counting off a 10 second plank of his choosing.

Prayer requests: Several with Tube Socks asking for all of us to look out for someone else.
COT: Q stated that a recent COT by another PAX hit home earlier this week to him. This PAX member remarked how knowing he had an upcoming Q brought him focus and energy. Q was tired and dragging after last week. He was going through the motions with his workouts. When Slow Pitch asked if he would fill in for him on Wednesday it immediately energized him and raised his level of focus. Knowing he was going to Q on short notice made him happy. If you are in a funk, a great way to get out of that is to Q! Get on the schedule!
