Borat welcomed the Pax promptly at 0530 to F3 – reminding them F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith.

Next, the 5 core principles were covered: Free of charge, Open to all men, Held outdoors, Peer led and Ends with a COT.

Borat then recited the mission statement: Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

A disclaimer was provided: He is not a professional. The exercises today are merely suggestions so modify as necessary. Know your limits and do the best you can.

Borat provided an overview of today’s beatdown and instructed the Pax to mosey to the lit cone on the backside of circle.

No FNG’s were present.

Warm-A-Rama: None, we ran

The Thang: Run the 1-mile loop with 1 Pax completing a 15 yrd sprint to determine number of core exercise reps to complete. The speed captured on the speed radar was the number of reps.

Round 1: Borat completed a 15 yrd sprint to the speed radar to determine the number of reps to complete for a core exercise. 19 MPH was achieved. Pax completed 19 reps IC of flutter kicks. Pax were then instructed to run another 1-mile loop.

Round 2: KOA completed a 15 yrd sprint to the speed radar to determine the number of reps to complete for a core exercise. 15 MPH was achieved. Pax completed 15 reps IC of LBC’s. Pax were then instructed to run another 1-mile loop.

Round 3: Firewalker completed a 15 yrd sprint to the speed radar to determine the number of reps to complete for a core exercise. 15 MPH was achieved. Pax completed 15 reps of mountain climbers. Pax were then instructed to run another 1-mile loop.

Round 4: SqueakyClean completed a 15 yrd sprint to the speed radar to determine the number of reps to complete for a core exercise. 16 MPH was achieved. Pax completed 15 reps of Low Dollys. Pax were then instructed to return to the shovel flags for Mary.

Mary: 2 rounds of Sarpy Slammers – 20 reps

COT: Story Time with Borat – Borat recited 2 paragraphs from the book Make Your Bed: Little Things That Can Change Your Life…And Maybe the World by Admiral William H. McRaven. The excerpts were in relation finding someone to help you paddle. You can’t get through life by yourself and it is important have those relationships available during the good and bad times. Borat challenged the Pax to extend relationships beyond the morning beatdowns. Borat then promised the Pax additional excerpts at a later date. JFP.
