12/16/2021 | The Sandlot AO | Halleck Park | 5:30-6:15 am

Q: The Big One

Weather: Crisp but comfortable with the proper amount of layers.

The Big One welcomed the PAX, gave the mission statement, core principles and disclaimer and then told the PAX he would be taking them on a holiday lights tour of downtown Papillion. The workout began with a mosey around the pond and then over the bridge to the island where the PAX from The Steel Mill had set up. Not to intrude on them, Big One made sure he gave them plenty of space as he started warm-o-rama.

  • Name-o-Rama.
  • KOA reminded everyone of the can food drive for the Tri-City Food Pantry. For good measure the PAX did 5 burpees just in case anyone forgot their can good that morning.
  • Prayers that everyone can enjoy the holidays and focus on the true meaning.
  • Santa Saunter 12/26 at The Farm. 5k, 10k and Half. Beatdown at 6:00.
  • The Big One discussed the kids book “How Full is Your Bucket” and encouraged the PAX to take the opportunity to fill someone’s bucket through and hug, text or kind word, and in doing so notice how it will fill their own bucket as well.
  • Big One closed with a prayer
  • Coffeeteria on site courtesy of KOA.
