The Thang
After we moseyed back up to the feild, we had to circle up again to count off in groups of 5.
(This workout was inspired from our military’s FM 21-20 Basic Field Manual, Physical Training 1941-03-06. The soldiers had 14 exercises to execute in 28 minutes)
YHC had 5 stations set up. We then went to our numbered station. I would blow a whistle every 2 minutes to move to the next station after we did the exercise AMRAP at that spot. Once we completed each station we would move down the list of exercises.
