Swiper then covered the 5 core principles of F3. 1) Open to ALL men. 2. Always Free. 3) Always held outdoors, 4) Lead in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT).
There were no FNGs today.
Credo: Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him.
Swiper reminded the PAX that I am not a professional. Modify as necessary. Workouts are all a suggestion. From this point forward there is a real risk of injury. Swiper informed the group we would mosey.

There are 100’s of references to God’s Awe and Wonder in the Bible. In Acts 2:22 Luke referenced how God “Publicly endorsed Jesus, by doing powerful signs and wonders and miracles.” Or David, the Psalmist, who said in Psalm 136:4, “Give Thanks to HIM who alone does great wonders.”
The definition of Wonder “ A feeling of Surprise, mingled with admiration, caused by something Beautiful, unexpected, unfamiliar or inexplicable.”
- Something that Amazes People
- Something that is marvelous or astonishing
How often do you take time to wonder?
As we approach the Christmas season, Advent for Catholics and the Birth of Jesus, How might you deepen your wonder and prayer?
How are you cultivating WONDER in your children?
What activities could you do to create an environment in your family for Wonder?
What activities could you remove?
Swiper led the group out in prayer.
