Groups started the first pearl by shooting large ball small ball shots at opposites ends of the basketball court. While one pax member was shooting, the remaining pax did LBCs AMRAP. Team with the most basket was rewarded by bear crawling to the opposite half of the court while the losing team did crab walks to the opposite end. Repeated * 3 rounds.

Exercise 2:
Group A did 4X4s while group B completed a shuttle run. Once completed Group B started their shuttle run Group A began a shuttle run. Repeated * 5 rounds.

Exercise 3:
Mosey to the hill beside the tennis courts. Group A Merkins AMRAP while Group B did lunges up the hill completed 5 American Hammers IC then relieved the group at the bottom. Repeated * 5 rounds

Pax all returned to the basketball court for….

6MoM
Some final Merkins were needed before Speed Square was satisfied. Then a round of box cutters Rancid style were offered to round out the morning.

COT:
Count-a-rama and name-a-rama were done along with prayers, shout-outs and announcements.
Perspective:

“Success is how high you bounce when you hit bottom.”
If you keep trying, you’ll never know what might happen. If you quit, however, you’ll know for sure.
Unfortunately I don’t know you, nor do I know what dreams and goals you have. But if you’re at least near to being ambitious, you’re probably going to fail and hit low points in your life. Sooner or later, it will happen. That’s just the way it is. But that doesn’t mean you should stop.Being able to get up after an hard fall shows resilience, it shows you’re hard to beat, and it ultimately allows you to get another shot at your goals. So never stop fighting until you arrive at your destined place.

TAPS:
Yodel’s father, our brother’s family and end of the year commencement.

Moleskine:
City park lights are shut off for winter, which allowed us to modify our basketball shooting workout. Free to lead and modify as necessary.
