Cherry Pickers – 5 count IC
Tappy Taps – 5 count IC
Thang – Workout around the track
PAX split into 4 groups. Group #1 started in the east end zone on the track to complete 20 reps each of Air Squats, Monkey Humpers (IC) and LBC’s (IC), rinse and repeat. Group #2 was the “push group”, working from the east zone to the west end zone, using the track. Group #3 was in the west end zone, completing 20 reps of Bobby Hurley’s, Carolina Dry Docks, and Box Cutter (IC). Group #4 was at the bleacher on the south side of the track to complete 20 reps of Dips, Step Ups, and Derkins. The groups rotated, once pushed by the group behind them
Omaha was called and a mosey back to the Shovel Flags, for some Mary.
All PAX involved with American Hammers, Rancid Style, completing 14 reps.
Welcomed the FNG’s – Giselle (Adam Anneberg) and Sauce Pan (Keaton McCaulley)
Super Fly discussed about shortcomings don’t have to define who you are as a person. It’s okay to work through your weaknesses, but work to focus on your strengths more, while finding others to compliment you along the way.
Tube Socks spoke about the 2.0 day at The Oracle on Saturday, beginning at 7:30, as well as the upcoming events surrounding Thanksgiving. LPC mentioned the Impact Retreat on January 6-8 as well.
Superfly closed us out in prayer.
