Super Fly welcomed 14 PAX The Combine. Gave the mission statement, disclaimer, and Credo.
We moseyed around the length of the track to Warm-O-Rama

Thang – Workout around the track
PAX split into 4 groups. Group #1 started in the east end zone on the track to complete 20 reps each of Air Squats, Monkey Humpers (IC) and LBC’s (IC), rinse and repeat. Group #2 was the “push group”, working from the east zone to the west end zone, using the track. Group #3 was in the west end zone, completing 20 reps of Bobby Hurley’s, Carolina Dry Docks, and Box Cutter (IC). Group #4 was at the bleacher on the south side of the track to complete 20 reps of Dips, Step Ups, and Derkins. The groups rotated, once pushed by the group behind them
Omaha was called and a mosey back to the Shovel Flags, for some Mary.

Super Fly discussed about shortcomings don’t have to define who you are as a person. It’s okay to work through your weaknesses, but work to focus on your strengths more, while finding others to compliment you along the way.
Announcements/Requests
Tube Socks spoke about the 2.0 day at The Oracle on Saturday, beginning at 7:30, as well as the upcoming events surrounding Thanksgiving. LPC mentioned the Impact Retreat on January 6-8 as well.
