YHC – Ear Tag
Ear Tag showed up around 4:44 and was greeted by Ferdinand, Skidz,
Gobbler, Schrute & Diddy for a little pre run action. Gobbler advised he
wasn’t feeling it, so he stayed back get the stadium ready for a
beatdown, True HIM that guy. We thought we were running a nice
easy 2.3 but it ended up being 2.7 much to the dismay of Skidz. We
got back to the flags around 5:07 and the other pre runners who are
not of this world were also getting back from running 4 ish miles
around Walnut Creek Lake! Kudos to Double Dip, Farva, Animal
House, Baby Shark, Trench and whomever else was with them.
Ear Tag welcomed the Pax to F3 DangerZone. Also advised that
yesterday was his birthday and to not Q the day after a birthday when
golfing and drinking was happening. Advised of the 3 F’s , Fitness,
Fellowship & Faith.
Reminding them of the mission to Plant, Serve and Grow small
workout groups for the re-invigoration of male community leadership.
As KOA mentioned Ear Tag may be a professional at golfing and
drinking, but he is not at leading a workout, so Ear Tag advised to
modify as needed as this was going to most likely suck.
Went on to cover the 5 core principles of F3.
1) Open to ALL men.
2)  Always Free.
3) Always held outdoors
4) Lead in a rotating fashion

5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT).
5:20 ish
PAX moseyed north to an open space in the parking lot, We then
circled up and did 20ish side straddle hops, 10 big ones, 10 forward
circles (otherwise known as sun gods as the PAX pointed out) Free to
lead people, 10 backward circles and 20 tappy taps. Ear Tag was then
afraid he was going to lose his voice from the counting, so we headed
to the Hill of Hell. Ear Tag advised the PAX to partner up with
someone and we were going to run down the hill, do 3 burpees, and
Burney Sanders back up while the other partner did alternating
shoulder taps. After 3 sets of that the PAX looked like they had
enough so we headed to the football field.
PAX then split into 3 groups, Ear Tag advised 1’s go to one side of the
track at the 50, 2’s & 3’s go to the other. Group one was to do burpees
until group 2 whom ran a 200 got to them and pushed them back to
group 3 who was doing LBC’s. After a bit of grumbling about the
burpee count, I reminded my group that it was free to lead so the PAX
started calling out a workout they wished, and we did that for a while.
Ear Tag called the group to the South goal line and reminded the
group he was 39 not 40 and we were going to sprint to the 39-yard line
and back but to not touch the 40 or else we were doing more burpees.
The PAZ obliged and we did those 4 or 5 times. Ear Tag also
reminded the PAX about his sweet ass jump shot and wanted to
impress them with his form, so we did 39 Bobby Hurley’s.
Ear Tag advised the PAX to head to the shovel flags. We then did 30
sarpy slammers rancid style.

Ear Tag’s dehydration started to kick in and he blacked out a bit, but
he does remember talking about a year ago as he was not in a great
place physically but more so mentally and how F3 has not only got
him looking really nice, but his mental game is also stronger as well
thanks to the friendships and accountable the PAX has provided him.
He loves the PAX. Reminder to keep reaching out and EHing people
even as it gets cold, the PAX does wonderful things for people.
Skidz took us out in Prayer to Sky Q with the prayers mentioned above.
