5:30 – PAX was welcomed by Q, the mission statement, 5 core principles, the disclaimer, and the credo was stated.
Warm-A-Rama
The PAX moseyed to the Pacific Life parking garage and circled up for SSHs. Then proceeded to run up to each landing of the parking garage and doing a warm-a-rama exercise at each one. Continued to the top level.
Pre-Thang
At the top of the stairs of the parking garage, PAX did modified 11s – 7 merkins at the top, run down the stairs, and then 3 monkey humpers at the bottom, run back up, 6 merkins at the top, 4 merkins at the bottom, etc.. When completed, PAX moseyed back to shovel flags.
The Thang
The PAX numbered off into fours. There were four outer cones and one central cone where the PAX would return after completing the exercise at an outer cone. Exercises at the outer cones were as follows:
