TTT then covered the 5 core principles of F3. 1) Open to ALL men. 2. Always Free. 3) Always held outdoors, 4) Lead in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT). (I actually forgo the above until we got to the warm-a-rama location

COT: Ran short on time so I reminded everyone to slow life down and enjoy the time you have with your 2.0’s and wife. Its okay to go fast when needed in life but its just as fun to slow down and enjoy it.
