20/15/10/5 – TOUCHDOWN

SITE: THE PIT

PAX:

Chernobyl (Q), Fun Dip, Double Dip, Squeaky Clean, Gipper, Tony the Tiger, Moose Cow, Simmons, Rooney, Ferninand, High Life, Crawl, Girl Dad, Diddy, Trench.

PRE-RUN:

A number of PAX unwisely decided to get a run in prior to the beatdown Chernobyl would soon deliver. These HIMs started at the Shovel Flags and continued through the quads and into the gymnasium…I mean made their way around the Papio Creek and nearby neighborhood …… When they had enough, they returned to the AO for what they expected to be a simple chipshot, but they had no idea what was in store.

WARMORAMA (6:05)

The PAX made a little mozy to the open grass by the duckpond. There we enjoyed:

1. Tappy Taps x 15 IC

2. Seal Claps x 15 IC

3. Imperial Walkers x 15 IC

4. Peter Parkers x 10 IC (each side)

5. Silent SSH x 20 IC, which we failed so we completed 5 more burpees

PRE-THING (6:15)

The PAX made another mozy to the soccer goal areas. There we enjoyed:

1. 40 yard Wheelbarrow…switch partner and do the next 40 yard. Plank to 6 and then do 20 LBCs IC.
2. 40 yard Bunny Hops together….20 LBCs IC, Bunny Hop Back. Plank to 6.
3. 40 yard Bear Crawl together…40 yard suicide with trees guiding our way approximately every 10 yards.  Plank to 6 and then do 20 LBCs IC.

BEATDOWN (6:25)

The PAX again made a mozy back to the picnic area near the shovel flags and got into 5 equal groups. There were 5 workout areas with each workout incorporating some version of declining reps. These workouts included:

1. PLAYGROUND – 20/15/10/5 PULL-UPS OYO, AFTER EACH REP: 20 FREDDY MERCURY IC. BEFORE SWITCH EVERYONE DOES 5 OH-YEAHS.
2. OUTSIDE PICNIC BUILDING NORTH SIDE – 20/15/10/5 CHICKEN PECKERS IC , AFTER EACH REP: 20 AIR SQUATS IC. BEFORE SWITCH EVERYONE DOES 5 OH-YEAHS.
3. INSIDE PICNIC BUILDING – 20/15/10/5 ABYSS MERKINS. AFTER EACH REP: 20/15/10/5 ALT. LUNGES (TOTAL). BEFORE SWITCH EVERYONE DOES 5 OH-YEAHS.
4. OUTSIDE PICNIC BUILDING SOUTH SIDE – 20/15/10/5 – MAKHTAR N’DIAYES. AFTER EACH REP:  1-MINUTE WALL SIT. BEFORE SWITCH EVERYONE DOES 5 OH-YEAHS
5. WEST OF PICNIC BUILDING – 20/15/10/5 STEP-UPS. AFTER EACH REP: 20 ROSALITAS IC. BEFORE SWITCH EVERYONE DOES 5 OH-YEAHS.

POST-THING (6:50)

Some HIMs were spent, but there were a few remaining men not completely drained so we returned to the Shovel Flags and began a lap around the duck pond, passing a coupon along the way which the PAX carried every so gracefully.

MARY’S (6:55)

Now that they were crying, we called Omaha and finished with some Marys:

2. TOE-TAPS X MEMBER COUNT (15) 

3. COUPON SLAMMERS X MEMBER COUNT (15) + a little extra sauce by a few HIMs to try and show each other up.
