As is YHC’s standard practice when on the Q, I arrived on site about 20 minutes ahead of the beadown to prepare. My man Wentworth had already dropped a few items off on the field before he hit the Smurph, as I laid out the cones and lights BetaMax came with the final piece needed for the Wrecktangle that I was laying out. (Thanks for the extra gear boys!)
The PAX gathered, the welcome, core principles and disclaimer were shared and we took a lap around the track as a few Smurfers came in hot. Warm-o-Rama was quickly attacked.

YHC explained to the PAX that todays workout would be his trademark workout, the Wrecktangle. 8 cones with a static exercise and an exercise to move from cone to cone. Pairing off the PAX went through about 3 rounds of the following:

Station 2: 20 Full Comp Situps——>Bear Crawl
Station 3: 20 IC Ohnos——>Low Crawl
Station 4: 20 IC Alt. Shoulder Taps——->Sprint
Station 5: 15 Clean & Press (60 lb Sandbags)——->Inch Worm
Station 6: 20 IC Hydro Squats———->Crawl Bear
Station 7: 20 IC LBCs———–> Backwards lunge
Station 8: 20 HR Merkins——–> Sprint

Omaha was called and we worked through 6 Minutes of Mary.
