YHC welcomed the gathered PAX to the Gloom, and shared the Core Principles, Credo and the standard disclaimer and quickly lead the PAX on a half lap around to school. We stopped in the grass for Warm-o-Rama.

Circling back to the Shovel Flag we paired up and I explained the Thang. It would be a grinder style beatdown, half the PAX would post up by the basketball hoops and perform and exercise AMRAP while the others would sprint across the paved area to the playground, do 5 burpees and lunge back to switch places.

Omaha was called and YHC totally brainfarted Top Rope’s traditional Finishing Move, so I’ll have to keep that one in my back pocket for the next Q. Instead, we went right into Mary.
