Mission of F3 is to Plant, Serve & Grow small workout groups for the invigoration of Male community leadership! No FNG’s today but it was Flowers first time at Sandlot.
I asked the PAX to figure out their pace and distance and informed them that we were running the trail east, then turning around at the 20 min mark. For those who got done early I had a workout setup with BLIMPS so they don’t sit idle.
Trench and Crawl set a blistering pace out of the gates. The other runners settled into their pace and immediately started dripping with this humidity.
6:12 All the PAX gathered around the shovel flag for Name-a-Rama, announcements and prayers. Most of us were too tired to speak much.
It’s up to you today to start making healthy choices. Not choices that are just healthy for your body, but healthy for your mind.”― Steve Maraboli
