Warm-a-Rama: Tappy Taps x 16, Windmills x 16, Blarts x 20

 

Pre-Thang: Lined up at goal line

 

Finish line was 20 yard line

 

Did Welsh Dragons – Remain in plank position the whole time. Bear crawl forward 4 steps, do 1 merkin, 1 plank jack, and tap the BACK of each shoulder 1 time. Repeat adding 1 rep to each exercise each time – bear crawl forward 4 steps, do 2 merkins, 2 plank jacks, 2 sets of back of shoulder taps… etc. Go until you get to 10 reps each, you’ve covered 30-50 feet, or until your arms fall off – whichever comes first.

Stopped after 10 minutes.

 

The Thang: Pulled out an exercise deck and a cardio deck.

Counted off by 2

Lined 1s and 2s up facing each other

Gave each guy a card from the exercise deck. 

Picked two HIM to show cards. First card is exercise. Second card was how many we’re gonna do. Both groups did exercises IC. 

1-10 card = 10 reps

J,Q,K = 20 reps

Ace or Joker = AMRAPed until count drawer had done cardio exercise drawn from the cardio deck from our point to flag pole.

COT: Told the PAX about how our mental agility is just as important as our physical agility. Our ability to know physically move in and out of obstacles is mirrored in mental agility through wisdom. Wisdom doesn’t mean you know everything. But it means you know how to act in situations. It means setting up boundaries and knowing when to speak and when to listen. It’s imperative to our ability as men just as much as physical agility.
