PAX (18): Gunner, Escobar, Schrute, Simmons, Skittles, L Train, High Life, FNG – Audit, Mulch, Zerorez, Yogi, Flowers, Speed Square, Tony The Tiger, Shiplap, Heel Hook, Levy

QIC: Ferdinand

Pre-Run: High Life & Simmons

Ferdinand welcomed the PAX and introduced himself, F3’s Mission, The Three Fs, 5 Core Principles, Disclaimer and asking if there are any FNGs. There was one FNG – Scott.

The Thang: # off into groups of 4 (3 groups of 4 and 2 groups of 3)

Each group worked together to carry their coupon throughout the entire workout this morning! Ferdinand asked the PAX to learn something new that they do not already know about each PAX member in their group. Once your group gets to each cone, please put the coupon down and start doing side straddle hops until all the groups have arrived. Once all groups have arrived, we will begin the workout and then move onto the next cone and so on. Each cone was half a mile from each other, so we ended up running 2 miles in total!

Cone 1 – 200 Merkins (Total for the Group)

Cone 2 – 200 Bobby Hurley’s (Total for the Group)

Cone 3 – 200 Alternating Shoulder Taps IC (Total for the Group)

Cone 4 – 200 Bonnie Blairs (Total for the Group)

Cone 5 – 200 Burpees (Total for the Group)

Called Omaha at 5:55 AM!

# Off/Name-o-rama/FNG/Announcements/Prayer Requests/COT/Buckle Presentation/Prayer: We had 18 total HIMs with one FNG – Audit!

Announcements – Two shovel flag passes tomorrow, The APEX at The Pit tomorrow morning with a normal Pit beatdown as well, TTT Qing Dragons Lair

Prayer Requests – Heel Hooks friend Gina, Escobar and his family for his son Walker, Haggis and his family for his father

COT – I want to share some recent news that has caused some stress to my family. My M and I were 11 weeks pregnant with our third child and unfortunately lost the baby a couple weeks ago. I share this as I know I am not the only one who is dealing with stressful and hard times in their life. I want you all to know that it’s okay to be vulnerable and share challenging times with the PAX. Vulnerability is a STRENGTH! Being vulnerable can help us to work through our emotions easier rather than pushing them away. It also fosters good emotional and mental health. Vulnerability is a sign of courage!

Buckle Presentation – The Buckle Award goes to both High Life & Shiplap!

Prayer – Gunner took us out in prayer!
