The PAX paired off into groups of two. The group of two found a spot on the wall of the school, by the circle drive. The partners together did a 30 second balls to the wall. Then partner 1 did a people’s chair while holding partner 2’s legs, partner 2 did 10 merkins. After 10 merkins, the partners switched. Once each partner was done with 10 merkins, the partners took turns doing wheel barrels from cone to cone. Once each partner has done a wheel barrel, they then run around the rest of the circle drive, back to their spot on the wall. This took place for approximately 10 minutes.

Using the hill by the entrance of the school, PAX members took part in a B.O.M.B. workout. Each partner was asked to pair up with someone different than their first partner.

At the bottom of the hill all the B.O.M.B. exercises took place. At the top of the hill, a single exercise took place before PAX returned to their partner at the bottom of the hill.

  • Bottom of the hill

There were many prayers for PAX, family members, and loved ones.

Be Draftable!

The following message is from Tony Dungy’s book “Uncommon Life”. “Not everyone realizes the importance of character. To many, it doesn’t matter what kind of person you are as long as you can get the job done. It doesn’t matter whether you follow the rules or break them, as long as you come out on top. Moving up is more important than the way you move up. And in that environment, it’s easy to think that if everyone else is trying to get a competitive advantage at all costs, then you have to join in or lose out. But, an emphasis on results over character, even if it pays off in the short term, usually creates long-term problems. In any area of life, the character of a few affects the well-being of many. You will never lose by emphasizing character over results. Everyone wants success, but if it comes at the expense of integrity and honor, the cost is too high. Choose what truly matters most: to be successful not just in what you do, but in who you are”.

Love you all,
