The Thang: No-Doze, Othello, and Mac N Cheese

Millennial Run

The PAX remained together during the Thang. The PAX starts on the EAST side and then sprints to the WEST side and vice versa.  


  • Complete the first exercise, the first HIM that reaches 100 reps will yell “PARTY TIME!” The PAX will stop wherever they are and then run to the WEST altogether. Al Gore until the 6th.  
  • 100 Air Squats

  • 100 Jump Squats


  • Complete the first exercise as a PAX – take turns leading. Once the PAX completes the exercise, whoever leads the count yells PARTY TIME and then sprints to the EAST as a PAX to complete the next exercise. Al Gore until the 6th.

A reminder that the main statute is dedicated to those who served during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. The statue represents pointing and looking to the future. Thank you No-Doze for setting the standards and expectations of this AO.

Thank you Mac N Cheese for taking on the responsibility of being the new Site Q of this site. You introduced a new feature of the site, the Chicago Hill. That hill is a reminder that things may seem challenging, but once you embrace it, you will inedibly grow. We’re excited to see you grow in this role!

Futurama is one of five AO sites to operate on Thursday mornings. Futurama is the second oldest AO site on Thursdays and serves as a boot camp-style workout for men of F3 Omaha. Futurama is a versatile AO site due to its expansive environment, geographic location, and accessibility for men with different fitness experiences. As a versatile site, Q’s of Futurama are encouraged to design workouts based on their fitness level and to embrace the opportunity to be themselves as leaders. Futurama imbues positivity to all the HIM who posts there and that is part of its charm… The site where positivity and opportunity present themselves, you just have to embrace it… Look to the Future.
