Q: Zorro

5:15am Zorro welcomed the Pax to F3 reminding them of the Mission to Plant, Serve, and Grow small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.  F3 Core principles were stated 1) Open to All men 2) Always Free 3) Always held outdoors 4) Lead in a rotating fashion, and 5) Ends in a Circle of Trust (COT).  Zorro said we will be getting our chores done for the day.

5:17 Donkey kicks for a warm up

5:19 Ran over to some steps to practice getting into our lifted trucks

5:24 Partnered up for some cow pushes (resisted partner sprints with one partner going backward for resistance)

5:28 Did some wheel barrows to clean out the manure

5:35 Water bucket carry with some AMRAP (Merkins, Monkey Humpers, Shoulder Taps, Bobby Hurley’s) along with some Wagon rope slams to get the horses moving while a partner did some burpees.

5:55 Name-a-rama,

Zorro shared showing your M or girlfriend appreciation in a public setting is huge for their emotional connectivity and how it will open up a line of respect back to you that is needed for us men.

Buckle goes to Big House because that guy was pushing himself to the limit today. And he asked a random guy in the fairgrounds (who happened to be me) where F3 was meeting.
