The Plague welcomed the PAX to a beautiful morning at The Woodshed.
This is F3 – Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Core principles:
- Are free of charge
- Are open to all men
- Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
- Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
- End with a Circle of Trust

PAX moseyed to warm-a-rama

THA-THANG: Catalina Wine Mixer
PAX completed 11’s with Catalina Wine Mixers and Burpees
PAX moseyed to another spot on the trail and did two sets of downhill bear crawls and uphill crawl bears.
PAX then moseyed back to the shovel flags stopping a couple times along the way to regroup and pick up the six.
Circle of Trust:
- The Plague shared on Friendship
- 1 Samuel 18:1 – “After David had finished talking with Saul, he met Jonathan, the king’s son. There was an immediate bond between them, for Jonathan loved David”
- Friendship/relationships are difficult – as men we are often lost on how to form good friendships
- Dale Carnegie said you can make more friends in two weeks by genuinely showing interest in them than you can make in two years by trying to get them interested in you.
- Pony has been a great friend to many because he shows interest in others around him and genuinely cares about what’s going on in their lives
- Be mindful of the guys coming into F3 and show interest in them
