*BetaMax agreed to post the BackBlast.  Things were crazy with work and the end of the school term so apologies for the delay in getting this posted.

Bovine delivered the disclaimer and stated the F3 mission from memory like a pro. Then he took a minute to explain the Thang (see below). Without wasting any more time he kicked into warmorama, right then and there.

The Thang: 3 group grinder push

Bovine had the PAX count off in 3’s, and sent each team off to their assigned station. Bovine had three stations in the shape of a triangle for the next 35 minutes of the beatdown. The PAX ran station to station once pushed by the “weight” push group.

1st Station – Playground (Weights – Push Group)

  • Curls X20
  • Shoulder press X20
  • Overhead press X20
  • Lunges X20 (10 each leg)

2nd Station – Stage (Cycle through and repeat until pushed)

  • 1 member of the group throws football in the trash can. Make it, no burpees. Miss it, 5 burpees for the group
  • Merkins X20
  • Big Boy Sit Ups X20

3rd Station – Benches (Cycle through and repeat until pushed)

  • Dips X20
  • Step ups X20

COT: Bovine told the PAX about how he always admired Herchel Walker as a kid, not because of his “gifts” but because of his passion and drive to work harder than anyone else to be the best at whatever sport he pursued. He was an overweight child that flipped the script and became driven and motivated to succeed.

Herschel Walker was asked when was the last day he missed a workout? He replied “NEVER.”
