Ponzi began his mumblechatter about Wait Time’s predictable workout plan. Blue Suede and Wait Time had a bet. If Ponzi complained about Silent SSH and predicted the Steinl, then we would have to do the Steinl. Of course, Ponzi could not resist the mumblechatter. Wait Time called an audible from a Pre-Thang of light jogging to the Steinl.
PAX moseyed to Credit Union parking lot for Pre-Thang and Thang.

COT: Ode to Blue Suede
Someone once asked, “If your absence isn’t missed, then what impact are you having with your presence?” Maybe the greatest acknowledgement I can make of Blue Suede is that we lead differently through his presence over the past 2 ½ years.
Blue Suede’s influence has been important. He became Site Q for Paradise Island before he hit his First Anniversary with F3. In leading that AO, he helped make QSource a greater focus beyond just our commitment to our physical fitness.
He studied the F3Lexicon the way he studies God’s word. He was always willing to lead and he always humbly followed. We are grateful that Blue Suede continually answered the call to lead in this rotating fashion. Now, the Q schedule has a lot of openings!
I, like many others, am inspired by your commitment to live out God’s truth. You are living out your Dolphin and your Daffodil…except now it will be in Gainesville, FL.
You are a man of FAITH. I am grateful that you shared your FAITH with us heathens, and you never took yourself too seriously. It takes a special man to demonstrate righteousness and do it with humility.
There are a bunch of sad clowns who will have their lives changed in Gainesville, FL. We are confident you will plant this flag in the swampy Florida soil and no one will be rooting for you and your family more than F3Omaha.
We are going to finish with this Irish Prayer, followed by a prayer by the man who EH’d Blue Suede, FDIC.
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.
FDIC ended with a prayer for Blue Suede and his family.
It was an honor to co-Q with a true High Impact Man!
Grace & Peace,
