Pre-THANG: Ramp run
PAX moseyed to the Pac Life parking lot and re-grouped in the garage and performed 3 burpees. Mosied up the ramp, re-grouped for three more burpees then another ramp mosie, rinse and repeat to the top. At the top we performed 25 merkins. PAX made their way back to the grassy area in front of the movie theatre for the THANG.
The THANG: A Pavel Tsatsouline inspired buddy beatdown
PAX split up into groups of two to encourage the mumble chatter. At one end of the space the PAX performed coupon swings starting with 5 reps and adding 5 more with each round. After swings the PAX shouldered their coupons for rifle carries back to the other side of the green space where they performed 4 turkish getups, 2 on each side. Rinse and repeat to OMAHA!

In a nod to Blue Suede’s COT at Paradise last week, Brazilian shamelessly repurposed his message that we deal with pain and loss alone but the healing only takes place through cooperation. Getting strong and fit is great, but the real purpose of F3 is to hold each other accountable and pick each other up when we need it. Aye.
