5:15am Zorro welcomed the Pax to F3 reminding them of the Mission to Plant, Serve, and Grow small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. F3 Core principles were stated 1) Open to All men 2) Always Free 3) Always held outdoors 4) Lead in a rotating fashion, and 5) Ends in a Circle of Trust (COT). Zorro said we will be running stairs for awhile.
5:17 Dynamic warm up
5:19 Broke up into two groups and ran up, down and around
5:30 Broke up into 6 groups to kick a soccer ball, sprint after it, then complete some exercises and then keep kicking until you got it in the goal (really rough if you ended up behind the net).
5:40 Played a little tug of war and did some fancy footwork with some agility ladders.
5:50 As in every Zorro workout we finished with a down and back sprint of the soccer pitch.
5:55 Name-a-rama, Gobbler was the Capri Sun award winner due to his tenacious work ethic today.
Zorro shared Proverbs 18:21 The tongue has the power to bring life and death to people. Words have so much power when we speak them to others. Each time we think of something good, we need to remember to speak it out to the person. Never rob someone of an unspoken treasure. You can never offer to much blessing or a good word.
Home work: Every beatdown that is attending by a PAX member, you need to find the good in another HIM and bring life to him.
