5:30amEx. (Q) welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the mission to Plant, Serve and Grow small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
(Q) then covered the 5 core principles of F3. 1) Open to ALL men. 2. Always Free. 3) Always held outdoors, 4) Lead in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT).
Do we have any new FNGs today? As a reminder and disclosure, I am not a professional. Modify as necessary. From this point forward there is a real risk of injury.
5:31 am Warm-a-rama- Mosey over to the football field
The Thang: (Skittles Shuffle)- Run two laps around the track and between each lap you will do 10 merkins at the starting line.- After your two laps you will switch over to the field where there are 4 cones set up at the 10-20-35-50 yard line. You will do two sets of line suicides- Once you finish that you will repeat until someone yells Omaha- At 6:05 Omaha was called and we Mosey back to the flag from the football field but going the long way around
At 6:05am, (Skittles) called “Omaha” and the pax mosey’d back to the shovel flags where the group ended

Prayer Requests: – Prayers go out to those who are hurting and recovering. Shout out to Highlife as he had surgery on his knee this week and know he is hurting and missing being out here.
COT- If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems and find you are ready for greater challenges– I am not a runner by any means but I challenged myself to Q a running workout. I want to continue to strive to become better and go at it with a positive attitude- This is just for working out but can be said for everyday issues or problems- life is easier with a positive attitude.
